6. Payment & Billing Terms

A. All Sales Are Final:

We enforce a strict no-refund policy. Once service is confirmed or rendered, charges are nonrefundable.

B. Time of Billing and Payment:

  • Private patients: Payment due at time of service

  • Companies: Invoices sent around the 5th of each month, payable within 7 days

C. Late Payments & Fees:

  • 1.5% monthly interest on overdue balances

  • $50 penalty for payments 5+ days late

D. Disputes:

  • Must be reported in writing within 30 days of invoice

  • Unchallenged invoices will be deemed accepted

E. Insurance:

We do not bill insurance companies. Clients must submit insurance claims independently

7. Lab Specimens & Responsibility

A. Laboratory Errors:

POW is not responsible for lab errors but may offer discounted redraws. Errors caused by POW will be corrected at no cost.

B. Sample Handling:

  • POW never gives specimens to patients

  • POW is not responsible for delays caused by weather or courier issues

  • All samples are delivered to the designated lab safely and professionally

C. Authorization & Limitations:

  • POW does not perform draws without valid lab/provider orders

  • POW does not give medical advice or test discounts

  • We are an independent mobile phlebotomy provider and not tied to any lab or facility

8. Scheduling & Appointments

A. Contractor Availability:

POW may revise schedules for emergencies, weather, or holidays. We will notify you as early as reasonably possible.

B. Appointment Changes:

Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or reschedules. No-shows or failure to respond at appointment time may result in forfeited service or additional charges.

9. Children’s Privacy

We do not collect data from children under 13 without verifiable consent. Pediatric draws (age 5+) require parental/guardian authorization.

10. Your Rights
